  • Mini Seasonal Fruit Tart– Tart shell with vanilla amaretto custard filling topped with fresh seasonal fruits.
  • Black and white Striped Chocolate Covered Strawberries– Plump strawberries coated in milk and white chocolates.
  • Petite Éclair-Pate choux shell with vanilla custard filling coated in chocolate ganache.
  • Black Forest Cups– Decadent chocolate cake, cherry compote and chocolate ganache layered in individual cups.
  • Mini Chocolate Cream Pie– Tart shell filled with chocolate ganache topped with fresh whipped cream and topped with shaved chocolate.
